Staff of Physical Planning Division, University of Benin, celebrated the exit of their Director, Arch. Timmy Oigbochie Ikhisemojie, whose tenure ends in February, 2022, after 9 years.
The director was described as “a mischievous, heartless stone-cold tyrant” whose tenure was allegedly characterised by impunity, backwardness, corruption, witch hunting, nepotism, physical abuse, zero staff welfare, and illegalilies.
