UEFA charged Neymar for insulting match official

Brazilian footballer, Neymar has been charged by UEFA for telling match official to ‘go f**k yourself’ during his club, Paris St Germain’s loss to Manchester United in the Champions League round of sixteen.

PSG loss the game 3-1 after a brace from Lukaku and a last minute penalty kick by Marcus Rashford cancel the 2-0 advantage they got away at Old Trafford.

Reacting to the penalty, Neymar who did not play in the game due to injury wrote:

‘This is shameful! And they still let four guys that do not understand football look at the slow motion video, this doesn’t happen! How is he going to take his hand out when he’s on his back! Oh go f*** yourself.’

The Brazilian got charged for ‘insulting/molesting acts against a match official’. The date for his hearing is yet to be confirmed.
