Former federal lawmaker, Shehu Sani, has reacted to the ongoing fight between former governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola, his successor, Gboyega Oyetola and the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
Aregbesola, who is the Minister of Interior, had attacked his leader, Tinubu, saying the former Lagos Governor has assumed the position of God, vowing that God will bring him down.
The trio have been at loggerheads for sometime over the control of the APC organs in the State and both politicians belong to the same ruling APC.
Shehu Sani, who was a member of the ninth Senate, noted in a tweet, “When Governors are on seat, they want to control everything and everyone. When Governors are out of power, they want to control their successors and that is when the war of independence begins.”
