Video has emerged online showing operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA during a raid in Patey street, Lagos Island as they shot sporadically in the air.
Hoodlums reportedly attacked them and they shot in return as business activities were grounded. In the video, some suspected to have been shot dead was being carried by his friends.
