Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Tuesday clarified that he’s out for peace and not for war in his mission of actualizing Biafra.
The IPOB leader in twitter said the Estern Security Network, ESN, was to ensure self-defense and not to cause violence.
He wrote: “Let these be clear: I come in peace, not war. #IPOB is committed to non-violence, but will never be cowardly. #ESN is about self-defense, not offense. My abiding mission is to restore #Biafra peacefully but if you want war, you will surely get it, sooner than later. THANK YOU.”
“What is happening in Nigeria today is pure necolonization by irredentist Fulani elements, aided and abetted by @NGRPresident and @HQNigerianArmy. They will succeed if the South and the indigenous people of the North don’t unite to stop them. Separation is the only way to stop them,” he added.
