Actress, Ireti Doyle Speaks On Being A Grandmother At 51

Veteran Nigerian actress, Ireti Doyle, has described the feeling of being a grandmother at 51 as dreamlike saying she is indeed blessed.

The Tinsel star actress made this known while speaking in recent interview with NET TV, she also spoke about her preference of series over movies as there is enough time to rehearse a script and get into character unlike acting in a movie which does not give the luxury of time.

Speaking on being perceived as a ‘no-nonsense’ actress, she said “Are you referring to my work ethics or the characters that I play? For the characters that I play, there was a show called Fuji House of Commotion, who remembers that? There was a character called Sisi Caro, who recalls that? I run the gamut, I can play hard, I can play soft, I can play cunny, I can be soft, I can be hard, I can be serious, I am an actor”. She also spoke about the ‘DSTV I Am campaign’ and her best food, which is beans with grains of garri sprinkled on it.
